City Free Clinic in Fairfield is the medical ministry of City Church and serves any with medical needs who otherwise would not have access to care. The clinic is located on the City Church campus on E. Tabor Ave in Fairfield and currently is open on Sunday afternoons. BAMM is partnering with City Free Clinic to augment it’s medical ministry and find ways to expand the care provided to the community.
